Our Crawlera Residential service experienced a severe performance degradation today (April 7th 2020) from approximately 07:25 UTC till 11:20 UTC. This would have caused intermittent errors with HTTP 502 status code during this time. This service degradation was caused by a significant network slowdown in the datacenter of one of our providers. This issue has been fully resolved. We regret the impact to your business from the unexpected outage.
